L1 Solutions has extensive experience in layer one consulting, design, and installation. Layer one is defined as the physical layer in a network consisting of the low voltage transmission medium and the connections. The physical layer defines the relationship between a device and a transmission medium, such as a copper or optical cable. In simple terms it is the network cables and connections that give you (the customer) a phone and/or Internet connection to the outside world.
